$150 (45–50-minute session)
15 minutes initial consultation via phone: no charge upon request
24-hour cancellation policy; otherwise, the patient will be charged the full-fee rate for the missed session
Meditation Session
$25 (20 minutes)
$100 (unlimited/ month) meditation sessions; Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30 am Live Session
(you will have access to daily recordings)
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga session
$25 (20 minutes)
$100 (unlimited/ month) Yoga sessions; Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7 am Live Session
(you will have access to daily recordings)
